Moving from London after spending 12 years there (I’m originaly from Paris) was a hard choice to make but after loosing my job due to redundancy in London, after working for a data management company in Bermondsey. I had nothing to loose and felt like it was time to travel the world. At first it was something that i was not sure about, as number one i did not understand any German word, number two I was gonna be living with my girlfriend I only met 6 months earlier in London. Before I decided to move to Berlin, I decided to go to Berlin in September 2010, and was quite impressed by the town. Then after 3 months of unemployement, I got an offer from Amsterdam for a job interview, which did not go well. Thereafter I applied for a Customer Service Job at a company called Sellbytel in Berlin. The jo0b was for a french customer service position for a Apple project for France, Switzerland and Belgium. I held the position for 3 months, but unfortunetely was victim of the after Christmas trends, where most companies lose budget, as less people decide to buy. A hard time was in front of me, with no language skills and no money left, It will be the start of a long struggle.
